Why do you think that there are so many more mass shootings than there used to be? Well personally, my opinion on this matter is that the majority of people doing these crimes need mental help. But there is, of course another theory, called the copycat phenomenon. CNN's article on why the US has the most mass shootings says that "researchers believe these mass killings can be contagious: One killing or shooting increases the chances that others will occur within about two weeks, an "infection" that lasts about 13 days" This is concerning because there has been countless mass shootings happening lately in the US. But, my opinion that each of them might need mental help might also apply to this. Maybe they didn't have the best childhood or maybe something tragic happened to them before. That doesn't give them the right to act out this way. But before killing tons of people they should get help. Now what is the one thing causing these mass shoot...
